GREENVILLE, S.C.—For years, Dr. Neil Burton has been at the forefront of creating opportunities for Clemson University students as they transition from college and into their professional endeavors. Now he’s looking forward to using his knowledge and expertise to help clients in the higher education arena and corporate world to develop strategies and action plans to achieve success.

He joins life-long friend, Kevin Bronson, to form the new Bronson Burton and Associates. According to Bronson, he’s excited to join forces with a man he deeply respects both professionally and personally.

“Neil is one of the smartest people I know. His ability to think strategically and analytically impresses me often. He also isn’t afraid of asking tough questions and, as importantly, is willing to hear whatever the honest answer may be,” stated Bronson. “We work well together which includes working hard and having fun. We share the core values with which I founded the original firm: humility, integrity, respect, grit, make a difference and growth-oriented.”

The new Bronson Burton and Associates supports executives, business owners, and heads of organizations as they define and achieve their goals. By combining their leadership knowledge, coaching experience, and effective strategizing techniques, the pair can better help clients improve their abilities as leaders while finding solutions to their challenges. According to Dr. Burton, Bronson’s experience as a certified coach and a Harvard-trained negotiator makes him the go-to source for clients looking for effective solutions for workplace success and personal growth.

“Kevin is one of the most capable people I know, whether it is operating or repairing farm equipment, motivating a team of disparate people to pull in the same direction, or analyzing and resolving a challenging problem,” stated Burton. “He has been successful in every endeavor he’s undertaken, from graphic design to city management, and I’ve enjoyed watching his recent success as an executive coach and leadership trainer. When we discussed the possibility of joining forces, I was honored to be invited to team up with someone as talented and knowledgeable as Kevin.”

Together, Dr. Burton and Bronson will work closely with clients as thought partners to offer one-on-one coaching, talent management, as well as assist with assessing and enhancing organizational strength. Bronson will lead the one-on-one coaching engagements at Bronson Burton and Associates while Dr. Burton will take the lead on developing client engagements in the higher education arena. The two will work closely together with clients in all consulting engagements.

“Our clients want to increase their capabilities, to enhance the world not just where they work but also the world around them. We will help them increase their skill at managing their team,” explained Bronson. “They need the team’s performance to be stronger and the team members to be able to pull their weight whether that is to increase the bottom line or advance the cause.”

Along with the company serving a larger client base and experiencing continued growth, the pair is currently working on an exciting writing project filled with motivational stories designed to teach principles for producing stronger leaders. The two plan to release the collection of stories by January 2019.
