All these problems are effectively solved by Underwater Pelletizing System in which the molten polymers comes out from the die holes and are cut into pellets under controlled temperature under water. These pellets solidify immediately, and the water transports the pellets to a centrifugal dryer. Air Cooled Die Face pelletizer is also used to make proper pellets.

To mix and extrude raw materials in the lab for maintaining quality measure and checking the efficiency of the product, various types of Lab Mixer and single as well as twin screw Lab Extruder systems are available in the market. All important data are measured and recorded and are shown in the form of tables and graphs alongside each performing test. The geared melt pump, acquisition PLC, screen changer and breaker plates are all made to order in keeping with the standard norms and specifications to give optimum result.

Other Useful Tools

To name some other tools used for quality manufacture you can also have tools like Two Roll Mill and Hydraulic Press. They are very useful tools which come with various safety features as well. Measurements can be done over both the rolls while operator safety is looked after by nip gap adjustment. The rolls are kept cool by a constant supply of water which is collected in a cooling tank. Wherever compressing is required the hydraulic press is used. It also has other applications like quality control of rubber, PVC and other compounds, color matching and much more.
