Chiefly among them are 5x10 CNC Plasma -Router table with emote- turnkey + hypertherm Powermax 45, and the 5x5 CNC Plasma-Router Table, also with remote- turnkey + hypertherm Powermax 45.

The difference between these two Plasma-Router tables is size – one if 5’x10’ and the other is 5’x5’.

The 5’x5’ table, comes with a Gecko 4 axis breakout board, four Nema 23 Motors, and power supply, is a product that the end user can build for himself.

The CNC router laser, runs by dual motors on the X axis, is supported by a rack and pinion drive system, which boosts a high speed Z axis for plasma cutting 'Rack & Pinion', or Ball Screw for Routing wood, plexiglass or other material.

The purchaser has a choice of either choosing one with router mounting bracket or a plasma cutter mounting bracket, and a computer that the purchaser will have to add his own monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Software, such as, Mach3, SheetCam, Cut 2D and Lazycam are also included.

The whole package come with an 18 month warranty, and according to the product’s spokesperson, the table is repeatable.

“The only down side is that Steel Slats will be needed for plasma, which could burn a $300 hole in your pocket,” adds the spokesperson, “as slats shown in the product’s photo, are not included.”

The 5’ x 10’CNC Plasma / Router Table - 3 axis by Lightning CNC DIY mill is complete and ready to use, and is also stable and dependable when put together. According to the Lightning CNC spokesperson, it can also be welded by the end user.

The specs are also the same as the CNC milling 5’x5’ table.
