Fulfill Your Dream Of Becoming Parents With The Modern Miracle Of IVF

The journey of parenthood is a beautiful dream for many couples, but due to various medical reasons, very often, it gets prolonged. In such a situation, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) emerges as a ray of hope that helps to build a family.

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a well-researched and safe medical process that helps to infertile couples become parents. It entails the controlled laboratory fertilization of an egg by sperm outside the body. After that, the developed embryo is put back into the woman's uterus for implantation.
Understanding IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation)
In Vitro Fertilization is a compelling assisted reproductive technology that helps couples reproduce when they are unable to have children. It is the process of fertilization of an egg by sperm outside the human body, within the laboratory in an IVF center. It begins by stimulating the woman's ovaries to produce more eggs through medication and ensuring the eggs are harvested from the woman's ovaries through minor surgery, and simultaneously, semen samples are provided by the male partner or through donation.
The next part of the process is fertilization. Retrieved eggs and sperm are mixed within a petri dish or test tube so their interaction happens, and embryos are created. Now, the embryos are observed under an appropriate monitoring system.
When they believe that it's time, one or more of the healthy embryos are released into the woman's uterus through a thin catheter that has been passed through the woman's cervix. The transfer is guided by ultrasound so that the position is accurate. Patience works for the patients waiting for the signs of pregnancy. Two weeks later, a blood test at the women’s fertility clinic ascertains whether or not implantation occurred.
Knowing that the team of Neelkanth IVF Centre in Udaipur provides support and expertise for every step you take, you know that every measure is being taken to ensure the realization of success. The Neelkanth IVF process opens incredible possibilities for hopeful parents-to-be!
ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)
An exciting new development in ART procedures, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), has been created to bypass severe male infertility. ICSI is fundamentally different from traditional IVF, where the actual mixing of the sperm and the egg is essentially, in a diminutive way, self-fertilization.
During ICSI, only one good sperm is chosen and injected into each mature egg under the microscope with great precision. This is a service guarantee for far inferior and worst-sperm-quality patients at women’s fertility clinic.
ICSI has given new hopes and opened new vistas for childless couples suffering from male-factor infertility. Here, spermatozoon's low count or low motility is bypassed, and fertilization can be successfully carried out. The success rates of ICSI are generally consistently high.
IMSI (Intracytoplasmic Morphologically Selected Sperm Injection)
IMSI involves selecting and analyzing the injected sperm in the egg. It is done through the use of a high-magnification microscope with digital imaging to help choose and micro-manipulate the sperm using an egg-holding pipette and a sperm injection needle. This is done with a highly magnified inverted microscope, often the magnification power of a usual lab microscope utilized in ICSI, that is, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection.

If you have been unsuccessful at trying to conceive in the past, IMSI is an excellent option. This treatment can correct the sperm cells, allowing increases of 6000+ fold, or more, of spermatozoa. Another factor is that this treatment elimínates dangerous dye tests for determining the quality of sperm.
Another reason is that sperms' morphology examination is done in detail, and the experts can scan for abnormalities in all sections of the sperms, including the tail, neck, and head. The fragmentation of sperm DNA has been linked with previous anomalies. It also plays a positive role in miscarriage rates and, hence, affects the rates of conception as well as fertility.
Blastocyst Culture
Not all embryos that appear in good shape on Day 2 or 3 will develop further. Only the good quality ones amongst the embryos may develop further if we cultured them for more days and reach the blastocyst stage. The rest stop growing at different stages. It is hard to predict which embryos can reach the blastocyst stage.
We can select and transfer only one or two blastocysts to achieve an excellent pregnancy rate. This type of procedure, where embryo selection is done through Culturing blastocysts and using those embryos, will tend to have better chances of implantation. We know not all the transferred embryos, but only a few can develop further, resulting in pregnancies. To compensate for this "arrested development" of a few embryos, we transfer more embryos at the 4 to 8-cell stage to seek a better pregnancy rate.
More embryos transferred will lead to higher chances of pregnancies, but simultaneously, there is a tremendous increase in the chances of having multiple pregnancies, including numerous higher-order pregnancies.
