Who can apply?
In addition to MSME entities, limited liability partnerships, private and individual companies, ownership companies, and public companies can also apply for registration under the MSME.
Whereas small and medium terms are general terms, the government has set specific restrictions and investment limits to decide whether the institution falls under the category of small, small or medium, in order to decide the application of the law of procedures related to the subject.

The process of registering your business has been simplified by the government by introducing Udyog Edgar in 2015 to existing business units after Hon’ble Prime Minister made a speech about the need for simple one-page registration forms for companies. Instead of submitting detailed forms from a business note during registration, the employer can now register online via quick steps. In the last three years, more than 54 lakh records have been granted under the Udig Adhar scheme.

Required documents: The following documents must be kept on hand while loading registration details – bank details, PAN card, applicant’s ID card number and social category number (if any), work start date, and previous registration details (if any).
