Having already won awards for the Brew It Stick, Core Coffee Press and Core All Grind, Barista & Co have launched an exciting new product into their range. The Strong Brew is the first coffee maker dedicated to the performance market.

This new concept aims to replace preworkout with the obvious (and natural) solution, caffeine.
Caffeine is the number one ingredient in preworkout. Studies have proven the right dose, taken at the right time, can make you run further for longer. Not only that, caffeine reduces time to exhaustion and recovery time. In fact, caffeine studies on almost every sport/activity unanimously displayed a significant improvement compared to placebo groups.

The Strong Brew creates a cup of coffee with a higher caffeine concentrate than other filter brewers and espresso machines. Doctors recommend 3-6mg of caffeine per kg of body weight to reap the performance enhancing benefits. On a standard dose, the Strong Brew delivers the right amount of caffeine for a 70kg-80kg person.

Already, the Strong Brew is being featured in gyms across the UK including the Anytime Fitness chain.
