Moshe Strugano and Co Law firm announced yesterday that Israeli lawyer Moshe Strugano has joined the firm's Tel Aviv office. Moshe Strugano comes to the firm after 2 months with David Lee, most newly as its chief legal officer.

Moshe Strugano advises private and public companies on different transactional and business governance issues, including global mergers and attainment, venture risk management, and ecological, social and supremacy issues. Moshe is a leader and a practical man, in 2008, he started Moshe Strugano & Co. law firm, offering different types of services to the client worldwide. Some of the services include starting a business overseas, registering and establishing firms abroad, financial and business-related legal guidance.

Moshe has years of experience in investment. During the study, he opened a call service center that offer investment advice regarding the London stock market. He has more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship. Moshe worked on many offshore and onshore strategy and help clients with his logical thinking.

Moshe started his journey in 1996 after completing graduation from law school in London. He spent most of his time outside to the native place that allows him to work with different people and different companies. He worked with many overseas companies and made a big network around the world.
