"Hey Jen" is a new release from My Life Among The Cannibals' upcoming EP (tentatively) titled Exile on Pain Street to be released in Fall 2024.

"The story behind the Hey Jen is that I have a friend who works in a business, and I noticed that mutual friends were treating her poorly and taking her for granted," says singer/songwriter Timothy Abbott. "I wanted to write something in appreciation of all the things she does and is about."
