With it seeming like each week there is another mass shooting and the local nightly news almost always having a story about some type of Gun Violence. Rap Artist , Musician, Actor and Model, Buck Norris, who is and has been Signed to Monster Music Baby (MMB) since 2007 is no stranger to Gun Violence. With his Brother being Murder at point blank range and his Real Father taking his own life, seems like the Song that Everyone is talking about called EVERYBODY, which is about anti-gun violence but yet relatable to just about EVERYBODY. With lines like “I’m Not a shooter but if it’s you or me I’ll shoot ya” and “difference tween us is my 9 [millimeter], keep your mouth shut and all is fine” speaks volumes. What is being said here is factual. You have the right to defend your self but do not have the right to kill others for no reason and A LOT of senseless violence could be stoped if people would listen instead of talk.
With over 13 mixtapes, countless Music Videos on YouTube @mjj315 and almost 100 shows with 2 National Tours and even featured in XXL, Buck is also no stranger to the music industry. With all that is going on in the world right now, an Anti-Gun Violence Song could not have been released at a better time. But that’s just the thing, the actual SONG and Music Video that will accompany it, isn’t actually released to the public just yet. (And was recorded well over a year ago)
Here’s how it went down:
A Miami based radio station named Excitement Radio heard a snippet of the song called EVERYBODY on Buck’s Instagram and DJ Ben Hop reached out to see if he could be the one to play the song first, called EVERYBODY on his Radio show called “The Best Kept Secret” Hosted by DJ Ben Hop. Buck said “I knew of The Radio station and knew of DJ Ben Hop, I just didn’t know they would reach out and want to break my record like that. I was super pumped. So of course I said Yes, and sent them the file. After the first airing nobody could find it on the internet, so I had people from all over messaging Me asking about the song and where to find it. Eventually I ended up sending the file to a couple other DJ’s and Next thing I know it’s on TikTok and everywhere else as an actual sound instead of a song”
Norris does have a pretty decent following with all things considered, a rebrand, some time off to take care of some Life situations and a couple record deals that fell through but with a whole new take on life, a crazy buzz around a positive song that hasn’t even been released to the public but the majority of The World can relate to, you can rest assured that when The Song Called EVERYBODY hits Amazon Music (which their premium service is FREE for 90 days and is where Buck promotes his fans to go and listen to his music ) Make Sure to follow Buck on Amazon Music and All Streaming platforms to be the first to hear it because this song has the possibility of going to number one on the charts. Buck has said through his Instagram which you can find him @Bucknorris3680, that the song WILL BE released before the month of July is over, along with The Music Video that was record at Myrtle Beach Bike Week 2022 (show casing that 1,000’s of people can come together and get along with absolutely NO violence)
