This is one of the biggest tournament in the world, which is played by 8 different franchise and player participate from the different part of the world except for Pakistan country due to the dispute of the Jammu and Kashmir state.

The top five players are:

2. Virat Kohli (RCB) (4948 runs)
3. Rohit Sharma (DC, MI) (4493 runs)

Suresh Raina of Chennai Super Kings topped the list with 4985 runs in 172 innings. He has played for the CSK till 2015 and in 2016 and 2017 he played for Gujrat Lions because CSK was banned for two years. The second name is of Indian Captain Virat Kohli who is also the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL has 4948 runs in 155 innings.

Rohit Sharma is in the third position with 4493 runs in 168 innings, he made this while playing for Deccan Charges and Mumbai Indians. Gautam Gambhir is in the fourth position with 4217 runs in 152 innings while playing for Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals).

Robin Uthappa is the fifth highest run scorer with 4129 runs in 159 innings, he made this runs while playing for 4 different franchises.
