Noida: Keeping alive the conventions of rewarding and encouraging high-performing scholars, Amity Global School, Noida organised its annual ‘Awards & Honours Ceremony’ on 30th August 2019. The students who have demonstrated their merits in the IGCSE and internal school assessments for the Scholarly Year Session 2018-19 were felicitated at the event.

The program started with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Principal – Ms. Jayshree Kad. It was followed by a classical dance on Saraswati Vandana. The performance was lauded by all attendees. In addition to students, teachers and management team, the the parents of the awards winning students also attended the event.

Ms. Jayshree Kad presented the trophies and certificates to the meritorious scholars from different classes for their academic brilliance in the exams and assessments. While appreciating their hard work and results, she also reminded them to avoid getting complacent and to consistently endeavour for even better outcomes.

The School Principal then praised the dedication and commitment of teachers who play a critical role in educating the students and maintain the praiseworthy records of Amity Global School year after year. She thanked them for their contribution in these scholastic performances.

On the whole, the event was celebrated with overwhelming enthusiasm and was praised for boosting the morale of students and staff. The Amity Global family felt motivated to keep nurturing the stream of its achievements.

The program culminated in a statement of gratitude by the CIE Facilitator, Dr. Dipanwita Bhattacharya and singing of the National Anthem by all participants and guests. Pictures of the winners were taken and shared on the school’s official social media accounts.
