Michael Delich has built a successful career for himself having started out as a company representative and climbing up the corporate ladder to become the President of Waitt Outdoor, LLC an outdoor advertising company in Omaha, Nebraska.

Mr. Delich joined the United States navy after graduating from high school and served aboard the USS Kansas City. After serving for four years in the navy, he left in 1975 and started working as a manufacturer’s representative for a company dealing in wholesale records and electronics. After working for a couple of years with the company, he left and bought a company called Meyerson Distributing, a wholesale electronics and appliance business, unfortunately, the company eventually closed down.

Michael Delich, being a “go-getter” started working at American Gramophone Records and climbed the corporate ladder to become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the company. His unique leadership and people management skills helped him rise to the top ranks of the company. In 1996, Mr. Delich joined Waitt Media and became the President and COO of the company. He oversaw the different entities such as Waitt Radio, Waitt Television, Waitt Outdoor, Waitt Interactive, Gold Circle Entertainment, and Gold Circle Films in his capacity as COO and President of the company. He ran the business until it was dissolved in 2005, and at which time he bought into Waitt Outdoor.

Michael Delich is currently the President of Waitt Outdoor, LLC an outdoor advertising company in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Delich attended Bellevue University and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He has served on the board of the Red Cross, and the Durham Museum. He is currently on the advisory board of Five Points Bank. Mr. Delich is a successful professional with forty years’ experience in the marketing and sales industry. Michael Delich is divorced and has three grown children.
