Michael Cappy graduated from the Harvard University School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1975. He worked hard to build his career, and worked with companies such as Booz-Allen & Hamilton, General Electric Company, and Norcross Industries. He developed his skills as a managing director, a strategic planner, and a chief executive officer (CEO). He built a strong knowledge of business management and corporate acquisition. He was the CEO, president, managing director, and senior partner of Norcross Industries between 1983 and 1997.
