Raymond Tanner will be responsible for providing mergers and acquisitions services to international private clients and private institutional clients.

Raymond Tanner will oversee Merit Venture Capital’s Corporate Advisory team and will be based in Hong Kong where he will provide international advisory services to public companies and private businesses, particularly for cross-border transactions. His roll will be supporting clients in the agriculture, natural resources and infrastructure and utilities sectors.

Merit Venture Capital’s Operations Director, Ms. Samantha May-Lewis commented on Mr. Tanner’s appointment saying “Raymond is well qualified to drive the development of our capabilities for companies looking to expand overseas, as well as inbound companies looking to invest, particularly in the in South East Asia trade corridor.”
