SEATTLE – Jan. 7, 2025 - PRLog / PR web – Cre8tive Technology & Design (“Cre8tive” or “the Company”), a leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software systems, has successfully completed a minority recapitalization and has acquired EpiCenter ERP (“EpiCenter”).
Cre8tive received minority equity funding for its recapitalization and debt financing for the acquisition from Douglas Owen and Corey Cialeo of Petra Capital Partners (“Petra”), based in Nashville, TN. The partnership between Petra and Cre8tive will provide further growth opportunities through being able to take on additional add-on acquisitions in the future.
The Company’s recapitalization and subsequent acquisition of EpiCenter marks a pivotal step in expanding its service and solution offerings, driving innovation for the Company’s customers. The transaction adds 40 seasoned industry experts to the Cre8tive team, strengthening the Company’s network and enhancing its ability to meet evolving market demands. Both companies also specialize in the value-added resale of Epicor Software’s ERP solutions, enhancing synergies by combining Cre8tive’s customer-centric approach with EpiCenter’s extensive expertise. Moreover, the collaboration positions the combined entity to offer more tailored ERP solutions to customers across all industries, accelerating growth in its global presence while delivering elevated manufacturing technology solutions.
Merit Securities leveraged its multifaceted expertise and strong relationship with Cre8tive to shepherd the process with both Petra and EpiCenter, thoroughly evaluating the target’s fit, network, growth focus, and industry positioning. Through careful negotiations and smooth process management, Merit successfully navigated the complexities of the dual transaction to achieve a successful outcome for Cre8tive.
