Cognizant has come up with a voluntary separation program for directors, associate VPs and senior VPs, offering 6-9 months of salary for them.

Infosys is not only organisation, which has differed salary hike. Tech Mahindra, which has decided to lay off 1000 workers on Thursday, is yet to change the pay rates of representatives with over 6 years of experience.

Indian IT organisations have been struggling to get hold of the business because of rigorous automation process and stricter visa manages in nations like the US, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
