Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri has worked for a total of three employers but none seem to be as passionately driven to complete customer care as Popular Choice Pharmacy. The pharmacy aims for customer convenience by maintaining hours of operation six days a week. Opened Monday through Saturday, the pharmacy and staff including Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri push to provide the best in customer care.

"There are a number of services the pharmacy performs for free," states Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri. Some of the three services provided by the pharmacy include: free delivery, free medical review, free diabetes counseling and glucometer training. The medical center also offers flu shots, massage therapy, physiotherapy, and a walk-in-clinic.

When it comes to a review of medication, Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri is more than prepared to help his customers and patients. "There are many more people on medication than ever before and many have questions about the short and long term effects of their medication. Medical doctors prescribe the medication because they know what it is used for but to really understand medication talking to your pharmacist is best," says Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri.

When patients have concerns or questions regarding their medication, Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri is ready to explain at length all the benefits and risks regarding specific medications. "People want their medication to solve their problem and become concerned if they learn there are negative side effects associated with those same medications. Therefore, as a pharmacist, I believe it is always important to sit down with patients and help them understand their treatment options," says Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri.

As a pharmacist, assisting customers and patients in the full understanding of their disease and medication is important. Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri goes out of his way to teach people about their disease and the medication that treats it. By reviewing medications with customers, individuals get a clearer understanding about what their medication does, the medication's limitations, and how else they can care for themselves.

Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri does more than educate patients and give free medication reviews. He also has experience as a volunteer. Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri has volunteered as a pharmacist in many small villages in Iran. His volunteer work in Iran was focused in medical centers and hospitals. Masoud Amidi-Mazaheri extended his knowledge of medical treatments to these small villages.
