As a 68-year-old man, I am on several medications for my heart, and my family and I are struggling to make ends meet. My wife, who is 65, is actively looking for work, but it has been challenging given her age. Our son is also with us, and he is 25 and has type 1 diabetes, which adds an additional burden to our situation.
