-Started training in Shotokan Karate under Charles Naylor

1989
-1st Dan Black Belt Shotokan Karate under Sensei Enoeda

1991
-Started training Kickboxing and Muay Thai

1993
-Started to teach part time, opening Anglia University’s (then APU) first Kickboxing Club.

1994
-2nd Dan Black Belt Shotokan Karate under Sensei Enoeda
-Began training 3-4x/week with Bob Breen and Terry Barnett in JKD, Kali, and Muay Thai

1995
-Started training with Guro Dan Inosanto
-Intensive private lessons with Terry Barnet (until 2000)

1996
-Affiliated clubs to WUMA
-Trained 5x/week at Pro boxing gyms, mainly with Alan Mortlock and Pat Leamy (until 1998)

1997
-Started to teach full time, with various Kickboxing clubs around the Chelmsford Area
-Passed WUMA Kickboxing 3rd Dan/Degree
-Started training Judo
-Started as a regular private student of Ralph Jones (until 2007)
-Started regular private lessons with Steve Kerridge (until 2005)

1998
-Head of Fitness and Sports Specific Training for Essex County Cricket Club (until 2001)

1999
-Opened Full Time Academy (to Present Day)

2000
-Regular Private lessons with Simon Wells in Muay Thai (until 2009)

2002
-Granted instructorship under Guro Dan Inosanto

2009
-Started as a regular private student of John Clarke in Judo and Sombo (until 2011)
