Other services include Uber SELECT UberXLand UberSUV UberXL is the 6 passenger version of UberX. It is dominated by inexpensive but nice vehicles that can carry more passengers than the UberX. You can say it is the larger version of the UberX service. Riders who request this service would typically be picked up in vehicles like these: Honda pilot, Toyota Sienna, Chevrolet Traverse, Dodge Durango, Dodge Gran.
Uber SELECT is a premium service that sits between the UberX and the UberBLACK. UberSUV as well is the 6 passenger version of UberBLACK. With this service, riders should expect to be picked up by professionally trained drivers in top-end vehicles like the Lincoln Navigator, Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz GL-Class or Chevrolet Suburban (just to name a few).
Ride in Classy Vehicles
Uber vehicles are not owned by Uber. People register their vehicles on the platform and either drive these vehicles themselves or get registered Uber drivers to drive these cars. For example, vehicles under the UberBLACK service are of course, black. They absolutely need to be new models (2012 or newer) and they need to have a black exterior. For the interior, a black, grey or beige leather interior should do. Uber allows you to schedule Uber taxi rides ahead of time (15 minutes to 30 days ahead). This feature is sadly not available in every city. To ensure that passengers can schedule Uber ahead in every city, the Kommen app was created. The Kommen ensures that passengers can schedule Uber ahead in every Uber city. The app is seamless and can function independently without the Uber app. All you have to do is ensure you create an Uber account, and then sign into the Kommen app once with you Uber app login details. Once you sign in once, you dont have to sign in again.
