Nithin Kantharaj started his professional journey back in the year 2017 as a Manufacturing Engineer for a reputed firm where he used to develop IQ test scripts for the IQ protocol and execution. He also developed validation plans, wrote protocols and executed the master validation plans.

Talking about his present day scenario, Nithin Kantharaj is associated with a leading medical technology company as a Product Engineer. Here, he manages multiple projects simultaneously and makes sure all the projects are completed as per schedule. He also troubleshoots and updates the tester on the production floor.

Over the years, Nithin Kantharaj has also worked on a variety of projects including the failure mode effect analysis of Samsung note components, quality analysis on Toyota 9 million recall, and simple and multiple linear regressions.

An alumnus of PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore, Nithin Kantharaj is a skilled product developer and project manager. After pursuing a bachelors in Mechanical engineering, he went on to study Industrial engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Nithin Kantharaj has an expertise in Lean Manufacturing, SPC, TQM, Time and Motion Study, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma(DMAIC), KANBAN, ISO, PFMEA,DFMEA, KAIZEN, GD&T, Root cause analysis, Corrective and preventive action(CAPA), JIT, 5S, IQ,PQ, and QP. While he was in college, he worked on a number of academic projects. Some of the major projects he worked upon include failure mode effect analysis of Samsung note components, quality analysis on Toyota 9 million recalls, and simple & multiple linear regressions.

Nithin is quite passionate about traveling to new places.
