Margaret Kronfeld is currently looking for new challenges and opportunities for her next career move. She stepped away from the local business world after working as the Company Director or Administration Manager for 30 years with several large New Zealand companies including BK Enterprises, M&M K Properties, and KH Civil. She left BK Enterprises, an automobile financing and sales company based in Auckland, in 2015 and is looking for her new challenge in the local business scene.

Margaret Kronfeld was born in the United Kingdom but has been living in New Zealand since she was six years old. Kronfeld earned degrees in Commerce and Business Administration before she started working for BNZ as the Administration Manager. For seven years, Kronfeld was responsible for all finances concerning a private credit card and the processing of all customer data. She worked closely with high-level company leadership at BNZ, assisting in their processes to find new customers and ensure that the company grew according to plan.

After her seven-year career at BNZ, Margaret Kronfeld moved up to work for another company. She became the Company Director of KH Civil. Her work with KH Civil ensured that she would remain a Company Director even when she moved on from the company. With KH Civil, Kronfeld was involved in many administrative roles, including handling wages, taxation issues, health and safety, and cash flow management. KH Civil is a construction and excavation company, and her exemplary work there led her to the next step in her career at Tiagra Construction.

At Tiagra Construction, Margaret Kronfeld was involved in project management of building sites, working with many different clients in the area, and ensuring all projects were completed within the timeframe and budget. Kronfeld would eventually move on to M&M K Properties and eventually BK Enterprises.

Margaret Kronfeld found many opportunities to find new talent for companies and retain that talent. She kept projects on time and on schedule for all of the companies she worked for during her career and she hopes that she can find a new way to challenge herself in the local and national business community.
