Marcus Hiles Donates Land for Public Parks in the Dallas Suburbs

Marcus Hiles, owner of Western Rim Property Services in the Dallas suburbs, has donated dozens of acres of land for use in natural areas.

 
Marcus Hiles, the CEO and Chairman of Western Rim Property Services in the Dallas area, has donated land for use in public parks throughout the area. Hiles built his company from the ground up, finding a niche in the local real estate market for luxury residences with all of the modern conveniences and trappings. He has since found a way to give back to his community in many ways. He gives to several charities and organizations that work for the betterment of everyone in the Dallas and Grand Prairie area. He is particularly fond of natural areas and sustainability, which shows through in his residential designs throughout the area.

Marcus Hiles Dallas has donated land and money to many different areas in the Dallas suburbs and the Houston area to create public parks and wildlife preserves that everyone can enjoy. Hiles has long been a supporter of the use of natural areas and plants in modern design for his luxury residencies throughout the community. After he created a successful company that has provided many people with excellent residences, filling a niche in the real estate market, Hiles decided to devote some of his time to giving back to the community for everyone to enjoy.

During his career, Marcus Hiles and Western Rim Property Services have donated fifty-nine acres of parkland with hundreds of large oak trees fed by artesian streams, parkland, and lakes for everyone in the Dallas suburbs. Hiles and Western Rim have given acres of public land to several Texas cities and their surrounding communities over the years. Hiles believes it’s important to foster a love of the outdoors for everyone in the community. He thinks he can do that by providing natural areas for everyone.

Marcus Hiles has given over three million dollars’ worth of land and has personally added two million dollars’ worth of improvements for several areas throughout the Dallas suburbs. Western Rim Property Services and Hiles have created hundreds of acres of private parklands and newly-zoned open space in the suburbs of Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. He hopes that more people can in these areas can continue to enjoy these natural areas.
