Currently serving as the President at M&M Cleaning, Inc., Marcello Pompa develops a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization and oversees company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. He believes in keeping a constant follow up with the clients. He likes to stay in a regular touch with them. The clients are made to feel like valued and hence help him throughout the process. Marcello keeps taking their feedback and reviews in the process. Marcello guides his teams to work accordingly to customer’s expectations.
He started his career as Assistant Manager and Senior Customer service at Citigroup. Here he leads financial industry service with over 1,800 branches nationwide, $30million dollar daily net profit and little over 9,000 employees.
As the Sr. Technical Recruiter, Marcello was responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing technical candidates with a cleared background to support Business Intelligence Systems, Aerospace, Defense/Military, Software, Engineering, etc. He utilized primary sourcing tools such as internet resume databases, job fairs, internal referrals, job postings, professional associations and advertising.
Talking about his educational qualifications, Marcello Pompa completed his high school from Malden High School. Further, he completed his graduation from University of Massachusetts Boston. In his leisure time, Marcello loves to play soccer and taking care of his family. He loves American Soccer and is a huge supporter of the Pirates Team.
