Pakistan teen sensation Naseem Shah has recently created a world record when he became the youngest player in the Test cricket history to claim a hat-trick against Bangladesh. The young speedster talked to PakPassion.net about his career so far, the hat-trick and also the world-class batsmen he wishes to face in the future as well.

While he was asked about one batsman that he is pumped up to face, he named India skipper Virat Kohli. It's known to everyone that a high-voltage game takes place whenever the arch-rivals meet. Shah has made it pretty clear that he respects Kohli, but he certainly does not fear him.

“Yes definitely. India versus Pakistan is always special and I have already been told that players can become heroes and villains in those matches,” Shah said. “They are special matches as they happen so rarely and yes, I am looking forward to playing against India whenever that opportunity arises.”

He further added, “I hope that I can bowl well against India when that chance comes by and won’t let our fans down. As for Virat Kohli, I respect him but don’t fear him. It’s always a challenge to bowl to the best, but that’s where you have to raise your game. I look forward to playing against Virat Kohli and India whenever that chance comes.”

The tall fast-bowler is the fourth bowler to claim a hat-trick after the veteran Wasim Akram, Mohammad Sami and Abdul Razzaq. So far, he has played only four Tests and already he has picked up 13 wickets. This bowling figure also included a fifer against Sri Lanka in Karachi last year.

However, currently, the entire world has been fighting against the global pandemic novel coronavirus. This has also stopped all the sporting activities across the globe which also included the 13th edition of Indian Premier League and the question has been raised over the fate of the ICC T20 World Cup as well.
