We have two new homestead property designs to showcase for the first half of 2019. There’s the “Shultz” and the “Beals-Matthew”.

“Beals-Matthew” (pictured on the left) is a customized version of the basic Matthew design. It has 3 bedrooms, two baths and a main floor laundry. We named this design after the family that designed it, The Beals.

The “Shultz” (pictured on the left) is a single storied building. It is unique and highly customized. It has the master bath, the walk-in closet and the laundry room all connected together.

“I’ve been there every step of the way and I’ve watched it. I built it the way I wanted and done the things that I wanted and answered all those questions. Its our home”, say Mr and Mrs. Lincoln about our homestead properties.

We built this fully customizable homestead properties for our clients. There was no conflict of interest or difference in opinion as the buildings were built sincerely upon our customer’s wishes. We are currently working in the states of Nebraska, Lowa, Colorado and South Dakota.
