What Foods Are Rich in Protein?

Proteins can be classified as animal proteins (e.g. eggs, milk and meat) and vegetable proteins (such as pulses and derived products). Animal protein is also known as quality protein.

 
1. Dairy foods and products
Cow's milk, goat's milk and mare's milk all belong to the animal milk, which contains a lot of protein. Among all these kinds of milk, cow’s milk contains the most protein content. Milk not only helps us supplement adequate protein, but also rich calcium. Drinking it regularly can effectively help prevent the calcium deficiency.

2. Meats
