Banana Diet

The network-popular banana diet requires dieters to have bananas for breakfast, and to go regular at lunch and dinner. This simple approach is as follows:

 
You may know that diet pills like meizitang is effective for weight loss, but do you know that banana also has this function? It contains low caloric and rich dietary fiber. A banana (net weight about 100g or so) has only 87 kcal of calories, while a bowl of rice (about 150 g) contains 220 calories. And the dietary fiber in banana can stimulate the stomach peristalsis. Banana can not only be easily digested and absorbed, but can also keep one energetic. Whether it’s for breakfast or food before exercise, banana can’t be a better choice for dieters.

1. Banana for breakfast
The number of banana is not limited, and you can eat a different fruit as a replacement when you don’t want to eat a banana (but only one fruit at a time). When you want to eat, have bananas first; and only after 15-20 minutes can you take other foods or aided diet pills such as botanical slimming soft gel.

3. Finish dinner before 6 pm and do not eat after 8 pm. In addition, quit the habit of eating desserts after dinner.

Banana diet can be effective, but it’s more important to have a good lifestyle. Eat nothing after 8 pm can avoid fat accumulation. Also, the outcome would be better if you can do some exercises or take some pills like botanical slimming after dinner.

4. Go to bed before 12 o’clock

Staying up late will greatly lower down the metabolic rate, this directly leads to fat accumulation or failure of weight loss.
