[Subiaco, December 8, 2015] –Velpic, a provider of powerful training e-solutions for companies, enjoyed a strong debut on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) last November 12, 2015. The Perth technology company takes pride in its shares, which rose 188 per cent above the pricing of its recent $4 million capital.

The company’s shares closed at 7.2 cents, compared with its last close at 3.0 cent and the 2.5 cents they used to raise the $4 million.

Stellar ASX Debut

Velpic reigns as one of the leading tech companies to complete a backdoor listing, in its case, through the exploration of the International Coal company. Their successful debut also coincided with ResApp Health’s strong backdoor listing runs last July. ResApp’s share price increased from 3.4 cents to a record high of 12 cents.

The recent jump in shares sustained the company’s spectacular gain during the past month, to the benefit of investors who contributed 2 cents per share in the company’s million raising.

Burgeoning Success for Velpic

Velpic, a start-up company, offers cloud-based video e-learning platforms marketed throughout Australia. This innovative training method allows businesses to create personal training lessons and easily distribute the videos to contractors and the staff. The system provides easy access to the training material from any location on any device.

The company firmly believes it possesses a first-mover advantage in the Learning Management System (LMS) market. To improve the company’s business further, chief executive Russel Francis pursues ASX listings as a way of increasing their capital.

According to Francis, Velpic’s beginnings included a strong professional board, supportive shareholders, as well as the opportunity to disrupt the growing global LMS market.
