[Ogden, 4/20/2017] – Lindquist Mortuaries and Cemeteries, a provider of funeral services in Ogden, commits to the families and communities it serves. In line with this commitment, the North Utah mortuary developed a series of aftercare programs, providing a continuation of its services long after the funeral.
Easing the Loss with MyCareLetter TM
At the center of the funeral service provider’s complete aftercare program package is the monthly edition of MyCareletterTM, a collection of practical and informative articles written by grief and recovery professionals.
Lindquist Mortuaries and Cemeteries will send the family and friends of the deceased with Careletters, to provide care and comfort, for a full year.
Grieving with Grieve Group
The funeral service provider also offers grief groups for loved ones who wish to deal with pain in a group setting. It currently holds weekly grief groups at the Layton and Ogden locations.
• The Layton group meets on Thursdays (3:00 PM to 4:30 PM) at 1867 N. Fairfield Road., Layton.
• The Ogden group meets on Tuesdays (7:00 PM to 8:00 PM) at 3408 Washington Blvd., Ogden.
Lindquist Mortuaries and Cemeteries also attends to families and friends who lost loved ones through suicide. Lindquist’s Grief Group holds multiple sessions all through the year.
