Andrew Stoner has served as a member of New South Wales Legislative Assembly representing Oxley from 1999 to 2015. He was selected as the Nationals Party Deputy Whip and became Shadow Minister for Sport and Recreation from 2002 to 2003. He has led development and implementation of Industry Action Plans in partnership with prime sectors including the visitor economy, advanced manufacturing, professional services, creative industries, the digital economy, agribusiness, mining, and international education and research.

Andrew Stoner from New South Wales is a highly-experienced professional in both business and government sectors. While working as the Deputy Premier of NSW, he developed contacts over a wide area including Asia, Middle East and North America. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director of his own consulting business, Senior Adviser at Moelis and Company, Advisory Board Member at NSW Leaders, Patron of the Australia China Economic Trade and Cultural Association, and Director of Sports Aviation Flight College Australia Ltd.

Andrew Stoner, a former MP of New South Wales Legislative Assembly, holds many years of experience in business and government. In addition, he is also serving as Director of Sports Aviation Flight College Australia Ltd. and Director of Slasherteck Ltd., Patron of the Australia China Economic, Trade and Cultural Association, Advisory Board Member at NSW Leaders, and Senior Advisor at Moelis and Company. He served as the 16th Deputy Premier of New South Wales from 28 March, 2011 to 17 October, 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Degree and a Masters of Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology and James Cook University respectively. In March 1999, he was elected to the New South Wales Legislative Assembly for Oxley and he served there for 16 years.
