Therefore, you must find the delicate balance between selling a product to another person and communicating with the other person on a different , human position.

What you must try to do is kick up a conversation with potential customers. For customers to warm up to you and not be suspicious of your marketing motives, you must convince them by using the right tone; in this way, they will also start viewing you as an articulate, intelligent, and interesting person rather than just a marketing agent. To come across as a successful communicator, you must develop a certain voice and tone that will appeal to your audience and will make you a more approachable person, while at the same time, ensuring that the potential customer also becomes interested in the product through you. For example, if you are funny on a social networking site, then a customer is more likely to spend large amounts of time on your social media company page, thus unconsciously become more and more exposed to the product through you.
