In addition, put down the passive brush wheel and tighten the fabric. When starting the host, you should ring the bell to inform the rear operator. When the cloth reaches the rear, you should wear the cloth at the speed of * and tighten the fabric. The rear personnel must cooperate with each other before calling.

2. The safety shield at the entrance and exit of the machine should be intact, so as to prevent the clothing hook from hanging on the sleeve, in addition to preventing the chain from breaking and flying and hurting people.

3. Rolling car rope pull emergency stop switch and cloth feed insurance are reliable and useful. It is necessary to stop when wearing the cloth. Roll up the upper roller. Millions must not be negligent.

4. The grey fabric must be seamed and must not be knotted to prevent accidents due to damage to the rubber roller.

5. After shutdown, the temperature should be reported to the heat-conducting oil furnace room. Then stop the circulation fan, open the door to cool down, and run the main unit and the top exhaust fan alone, and stop the machine when the temperature drops to 80 ℃, to avoid the uneven heating of the chain clothing.

6. Regularly check the heat conduction oil pipeline in the oven regularly, for example, if there is oil leakage, it should be dealt with in time; the flying flowers in the machine should be cleaned before and after the shift, and the flying flowers and oil pollution in the exhaust pipe should be regularly removed to eliminate hidden fire risks.

7. A steam pipe is added on the exhaust pipe at the bottom of the oven, which can be used to cool down and extinguish the fire. When the temperature inside the machine is 165 ℃, the steam valve is normally open; a wire mesh shield is added on the heat sink to prevent flying flowers or The fabric fell on the heat sink and caused burning.

8. When cleaning or refueling, the car must be turned off. It is strictly forbidden to wipe the chain, brush plate, and roller (especially the upper and lower rollers) when driving to prevent puncturing your fingers. 1. When cleaning or repairing the car on or in the machine, the parking sign must be hung on the operation table to prevent others from driving and causing accidents.

9. It is strictly forbidden to place any items and food inside the oven, on the distribution box and on the machine.
