The Membership and Veteran’s Director of the NBBC, and an accomplished hunter, Marco Zompetti developed a passion for hunting at a really young age. It was his father who fueled his passion by taking him as well as his brother on annual hunting trips to Massachusetts and Vermont. As a result, he perfected the use of bow and arrow and primitive firearms for hunting mature whitetail bucks and trophy turkeys at a very young age.
Marco Zompetti has been to a number of hunting expeditions and has also participated in various events. Moreover, he has achieved the rare feat of shooting a 200lb 9 point buck with a 23.5 inch inside spread, which went on to win Maine’s prestigious Northern Outdoors Rack of the Year award in 2003. This is a memory that Marco would cherish all his life.
Apart from Northeast Big Buck Club, he is a board member of the Association of Old Crows (Patriots Roost Chapter), AFCEA - Lexington Concord Chapter, and Ski for MS
