Paul Panaikas recently completed his JCAVS (Joint Clearance and Access Verification System) training program. This is actually a system of record for the DOD, which is used by FSOs (Facility Security Officers), DOD Personnel, PSMs (Personnel Security Managers), and other security experts. Paul has comprehensive knowledge about how PSMs and FSOs use this system to administer investigations, personnel eligibility, access, visits, and procedures.
During the training, Paul Panaikas has received detailed information about the Joint Personnel Adjudication System and its subsystem- the Joint Clearance and Access Verification System. He is now skilled at real world examples, demonstrations, self-audit processes, navigating JCAVS, problem solving skills, ethics, Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (e- QIP), step by step explanations, and more. At present, Paul is serving as a Resilience Coordinator at Joint Force Headquarters and is successfully delivering his duties.

Paul Panaikas has been offering exceptional services as Resilience Coordinator. Owing to his great dedication and loyalty towards his work, he has received many awards, including NCO of the year, Commandant’s List, and Army Physical Fitness Badge. He is a graduate in Business Management from Fisher College, and has also received his Associate’s in Science Degree from the same college. Paul is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from Liberty University. In addition to this, he has completed diplomacy in a number of subjects. These include Human Resources and Account Management from Army Education Center, and an X-Ray Specialist from the Academy of Health Sciences. As Paul always wanted to do something significant for his country and had decided to join Army National Guard services. He completed his Master Resilience Trainer diploma from U Penn/ Army Education Center in October 2010.
