Eat More Meals Every Day
The trick to burning body fat isn't eating less. In fact, when you do that, you end up driving your body crazy. It thinks that it's never going to see food again and holds onto the fat from whatever you eat to make sure it has something to survive off of. You have to be smarter than your body. The best way to do this is to start eating smaller meals more times per day. And you should make as many of these meals protein rich as possible.
One good place to start is by figuring out how to fit more nuts like almonds or walnuts into your diet. You can easily fit these in your desk at work to have as a mid morning meal or for late in the afternoon when you need some more energy. Eating 3 big meals per day isn't the ideal schedule for your body. But having these small deals around 6 times per day tells your body that it will constantly be supplied with food and doesn't need to hold onto any fat.
