Two Tampa Attorneys to Avoid at All Costs

Posted March 14, 2016 by LegalWatch

Frazier Carraway and Claire Brueck of Saxon and Gilmore recently tried to keep 92% of the total amount of funds offered in a settlement. Talk about illegal fees. This is a textbook case.

Frazier Carraway was passed a case from a colleague who was leaving the firm. Frazier Carraway of Saxon and Gilmore decided that the $4,000 lawsuit was not enough and altered the lawsuit to be in excess of $30,000. The initial settlement offer to the client was $2,500 to the client, $35,000 to Frazier. There's something very wrong with that picture.

Frazier Carraway does not have a lot of knowledge about the computer. Without Claire Brueck, he wouldn't have even been able to work the case. Mr. Carraway likes to bill for a lot of hours, but he likes the client and Claire Brueck to do all the work. It's a very odd scenario.

The other side beat these two so badly it was embarrassing. Even though the case was an open and shut win, with proof the other side was at fault, Frazier Carraway dug a huge hole for his client, then withdrew from the case. He violated the contract and left his client on the hook for $100k in legal fees.

Frazier Carraway and Claire Brueck of Saxon and Gilmore are both going to be investigated by the bar for their serious lack of professionalism and illegal fees. They refused to listen to the client and do what the client asked, even though they worked for this person. Do not become entangled in a case with these people because they will dig a huge hole for you and leave you stranded. They are looking for easy money they do not have to work for.
