If you live in a mobile home, then you should know that your situation is different from a normal rental. The entrepreneur in a mobile home shares a special relationship between owners and tenant.

 
Many residents of mobile home also own the trailer they occupy, and therefore have additional rights in their home. However, residents of mobile home are still tenants, because they rent the land where their trailer is located . The legal interest the resident has remains a rent.

For this reason there is a special set of laws in the Civil Code that apply to residents of mobile home. It's called the Mobile Home Landlord Tenant Law, and it offers several protections to the tenants of that do not have tenants of a house or an apartment.

This set of Law offers additional protections to tenants of mobile home against arbitrary eviction. Even if you are not the owner of the mobile home where you live, many of the laws that protect mobile home residents are still valid.

As a general rule, Mobile Home Landlord Tenant Law requires that the owner have a valid reason to terminate the tenant's tenancy. In addition, some cities also have their own municipal laws to protect residents of mobile.

However, even with the additional protections that residents of mobile home enjoy, they are often evicted. The consequences of these evictions can be devastating and many times the resident ends up losing his trailer.

Unfortunately, many mobile home residents are not aware of the rights and protections they have due to the Mobile Home Landlord Tenant Law, or sometimes mistakenly believe that they cannot be evicted.

Because Mobile Home Residency Law requires owners and management to act with more caution and to observe regulations carefully in their interactions with tenants, mobile lessors are much more likely to use Mobile Home Law Attorney to communicate and are used to exercise eviction actions in court.
