L`ATTITUDE Planning to Sizzle Again at 2021 Conference Elevating the Latino Population

Posted July 29, 2021 by Lattitude

A conference unlike any other to bring together entrepreneurs and executives to better understand the New Mainstream Economy

As with any other convention for Latinos held in California since 2018, the 2020 event held by L`ATTITUDE was more a movement than an event. Under the guidance of Sol Trujillo and Gary Acosta, they are continuously serving the growing Latino communities. They are working to establish more help, greater confidence and better overall conditions for the group. The true reward that they are witnessing though is the growing confidence of the people.

Industry influencers, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, politicians and business leaders all engage with the Latino driving force behind the nation`s growth. Latino`s are the youngest and fastest-growing minority group in America. They are the powerhouse of buying power, employment and innovation. L’ATTITUDE provides a unique space and platform to celebrate these contributions and burgeoning leaders to excel.

During these events, they book several outstanding speakers to provide guidance and mentorship to attendees. The event is also ear-marked by the very popular Match-up. Match-Up features a program focusing on matching U.S. Latinx entrepreneurs with venture capital investment. L`ATTITUDE focus on interactive communication to showcase the contribution that Latinos are making in business, media, politics, science, and technology to the benefit of the national economy and all who depend on it.

With the 2021 event nearing the horizon, it is important to peek at the aftermath of the previous event and what impact it had on the relevant community. “One of the most prominent changes we witnessed after our 2020 was the exponential increase in Latino votes who opted to cast their vote during the presidential election taking place shortly after. The Latino turn out was a historical milestone in US election history. Latinos registered and voted in record numbers. This increase tallied to 18.7 million, about 1 in 10 were Latinos. It is indicative of a group that are feeling more empowered and willing to make their voice heard. The majority of Latino voters were from younger age groups, mostly between the ages of 18 and 45years. This shows us that the new generation of Latino workforce has expanded their horizons and is now present as US-born Latinos at the voting stations,” says Andrea Trujillo, director of digital brand marketing for L’ATTITUDE.

In previous years, the number of Latinos voting did not even peak at 50%. During 2020 the Latino vote counts to more than 88% of the local Hispanic population. Now, this is what we call showing your L`ATTITUDE said the Latino community, proud of the influence they now have and grateful for all that the trusted team committed to their wellbeing is doing to uplift their communities.
