The daily mission of the trusted team and L’ATTITUDE is to continuously work towards creating fair opportunities for the local Hispanic community. They do this by providing the infrastructure Latinos need to expand on their business, to provide opportunities where they can become part of successful networks, and by creating awareness for their plight. They strive to generate growth of Latino businesses, to make an impact nationwide in the economy, and to emphasize the contribution the minority group is making towards the financial wellbeing of the nation. L`ATTITUDE has seen remarkable in their efforts to speed up growth and to enjoy the results they strive to generate. Currently, the Latino population counts for most residents of the state of California.

L`ATTITTUDE`s goal is to showcase the importance of how Latinos are currently changing the economic and political playing field by being the majority in the workplace, as business owners, taxpayers, and community members. All this growth has contributed to the overall recovery of California`s economy.

With the rapid growth of the Latino population, Latino businesses believe that it is vitally important to provide as high levels of support as possible to provide the tools that are needed to become a self-sustained population and grow as a community.

They often host conventions for Latinos in California to celebrate all involved through contributions to their cause and to share the many successful tales Latino businesses experience throughout California. What an achievement for L`ATTITUDE. Yet, they don’t stop to take matters further as small businesses have become a big focal point on their agenda. They connect small businesses with major companies and government agencies that are keen to partner with Latino-owned enterprises.

Wells Fargo community development is a proud sponsor of L`ATTITUDE. The purpose of this sponsorship is to assist with the education and training of the Latino community. Their goal is to reach more of the next generation of corporates, entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders and to provide businesses with educational training, guidance, counseling. Through a yearlong accelerator business plan, specifically designed to assist small businesses to grow their businesses to the next level, they help to make room for more employment, the development of community leaders, and educational programs to start new businesses.

“I believe that L'ATTITUDE's mission is to catalyze the new mainstream economy, to involve contributors for faster and more profitable growth, and to understand the significant value to invest in the cohort of U.S. Latinos,” says Andrea Trujillo, director of brand digital marketing of L’ATTITUDE. It is a cohort on which the United State economy depend and rely.

The commitment of our trusted and passionate team at t L’ATTITUDE is always to establish equal and fair opportunities for all Latinos within the American economy. The days when the contribution of Hispanics to the local financial wellbeing could be ignored are long gone. Today this minority group is the largest in the States but even more importantly is despite the massive contribution they make; they are still in a position of massive inequality. Our team is working to correct this situation through education, guidance, and professional meetup that created opportunities for this group to access the support they need.
