It is his simple way of cooking that has won many hearts and continues to rule every foodie’s minds.

This has also led me to deliver the kind of perfection, mainly because every noodle is different and needs different treatment. Once beginners learn that, rest of the battle is won”
For instance, he shared his particular details by singling out the glass noodles, “I am very specific when it comes to cooking the cellophane noodles because they are dainty since the source of them is mung bean. It is made sure that I soak them in hot water so that they turn soft, pliable and translucent. Within a minute these puff up and I add them to oil that is smoking hot.” He also added that these noodles can be wonderful as the crunchiest garnish.
