ACTIVITY EXPLANATION

2. Electronic cigarette must be legitimate in your country. (Parcel returned or destoryed due to customs clearance , SMOK will not send prize again; If you have to pay for the customs fee due to customs clearance , SMOK are not responsible for that.)
3. If the package fails to be delivered due to the error of the recipient’s information provided by the winner, or if the delivery can not contact the recipient, SMOK will not be responsible, and will not make up for it!
4. Winners can choose DHL to ship out the product but you have to pay for the DHL shipping fee, and leave a note “Choose to send prize by DHL” in your replied emailed. ( DHL shipping needs 5-7 days and it is almost impossible to lose parcel; If it happens, SMOK will resend prize. )
5. If winner did not choose DHL, the prize will be sent out by China post for free.But please note that:
A. China post shipping needs 15 -30 days , please wait in patient.
B. There is a risk of losing parcel by China post and if it is lost due to Courier company, SMOK will resend the prize within 10 days by China post after the confirmation of the loss. If your parcel was lost twice, SMOK will not send prize again.
6. No matter what courier company you choose, the color of prizes are randomly chosen in order to send product to you as soon as possible.
