Kyle David Bellini is a student at the University of Florida’s Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate program. He is expected to graduate in May 2016 and plans to build a successful career in the real estate market.

Kyle David Bellini was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and attended the Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2011. During high school, Bellini was a member of the National Honor Society, and also played football and soccer on the school team. After graduating from high school, he joined the University of Florida and received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2015. During the course of his study, he sought experience in the real estate industry and worked as a summer analyst at Morgan Stanley in Tampa, Florida.

At Morgan Stanley, Kyle David Bellini used “LifeView”, Morgan Stanley’s industry leading retirement planning software (Monte Carlo Analysis) to model personal financial goals for clients. He also handled security litigation proof for clients.

Kyle David Bellini keen interest in the real estate industry lead him to pursue his Master’s degree in Real Estate, and he is expected to graduate in May 2016. Recently, he went to Argentina along with his fellow classmates for the International Real Estate Study Tour & Course. The seven-day course included pre-trip meetings, quizzes, and presentations; meetings, company visits, and property visits in Argentina, and post-trip student presentations on a proposed investment opportunity. After his graduation, Bellini plans to launch his career in the real estate industry.

Kyle David Bellini was a member of the Build a Better Holiday Philanthropic Committee, which earned money and toys through donations and contributions for the national Toys for Tots Foundation. He also served as the Assistant Exchequer for the fraternity and used his skills in business and finance. Bellini is an athletic individual and played football and soccer for four years while he was in high school.
