Medical Cannabis Technologies Inc. and Privateer Holdings Sign MOU on Joint Venture.

Medical Cannabis Technologies Inc. (the “Company” or “MCT”) and Privateer Holdings are pleased to announce that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) to evaluate a partnership for the Canadian market with regard to the joint Venture centered on standardization of their treatments and patient wellness in Canada and Europe.
As part of the MOU, Privateer Holdings will, leading on from the non-binding letter agreement dated March 06, 2017, will subject to certain conditions precedent being satisfied; invest up to $8 million into Medical Technologies Inc.
Medical Technologies Inc. Has extensively researched the medical marijuana industry, and we find Medical Marijuana, Inc. to have far reaching Medical cures.
This collaborative effort to develop precise dosage, consistency and world class manufacturing is possible due to our research, industry experts, and regulatory compliance officers.
