John Pryor is announcing the creation of Fit3k, a venture focused on the development of initiatives and technologies for use in endeavors associated with health, fitness and sport.

John Pryor, strength and conditioning coach of the Japan Rugby Football Union, is announcing a new venture called Fit3k in which innovative health, fitness and sport initiatives and technologies will be the main focus. Pryor, who is also the director of JointAction, has developed a reputation as an innovative force in his field due to the development of unique training programs for elite athletes as well as his extensive efforts in occupational settings.

With Fit3k, Pryor is intent on continuing to advance training methodologies through a platform that encourages the research and development of initiatives encompassing all health and wellness issues as they pertain to both athletic and occupational endeavors. These goals are consistent with Pryor’s accomplishments in his professional endeavors, as the strength training expert has been able to vastly exceed expectations in his roles with both the Japan Rugby Football Union and JointAction.

“There are a multitude of factors that contribute to the success of a training program,” says Pryor. “I believe that Fit3k will play a significant role in creating initiatives and technologies that ensure each factor is properly leveraged to yield the optimal result through an athletic training or injury prevention program."

Crediting a deep commitment to research that began during an academic career that ultimately led to a master’s degree in biomechanics from Southern Cross University, Pryor is also an advocate for ongoing collaboration and believes that supportive partnerships are essential in the development of innovative and highly effective training programs. Pryor sees Fit3k as a means through which collaboration and support can be encouraged and made far more accessible than would have otherwise been possible.
