Two local family law attorneys, Rebeccah Beller and Mina Bustamante, have helped families in the Jacksonville area settle and defend legal battles for many years. Mina focuses her practice primarily on family law matters, such as divorce, guardianship and modification of custody, paternity, and stepparent adoptions. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University in 1991, and in 1994 she received her Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. She has previously served as the Senior Trial Attorney for Allstate Insurance; the Chief Prosecutor of Domestic Violence Unit; and a Felony, Juvenile, and Misdemeanor prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office, Seventh Judicial Circuit. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association, St. John’s County Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Jacksonville Bar. Additionally, she serves as the Treasurer of Fiftieth No More and is a member of the Family Law Inns of Court and Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Rebeccah’s primary practice areas include family law, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, and will contests. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University in 1990, and in 1994, she received her Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. She is a member of several professional associations including the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Estate Planning and Probate Section of Jacksonville Bar, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. She is also the former President of the St. John’s County Bar Association and a member of the Real Estate, Property, Probate & Trust Section of the Florida Bar.
