A Million Suns by Kristin Beale, offers a new perspective on disability and trauma.

NEW YORK— January 12, 2021—Morgan James’ new release, A Million Suns by Kristin Beale, offers a new perspective on disability and trauma. As a continuation of Beale’s first book, A Million Suns reminds men and women to appreciate the “little” things in life.
Kristin Beale takes nothing in life for granted. After a water-skiing accident nearly killed her at the age of fifteen, she had to fight her way back to life, and has since had to relearn how to do so many seemingly simple tasks. Today, much of Kristin Beale’s life happens from the seat of her wheelchair, as she is paralyzed from the waist down. Yet Beale is determined to live nothing short of a full, active, and exemplary life. She shares her emotional story in A Million Suns.
Navigating the world with a disability has given Kristin Beale a newfound appreciation for the simple aspects of everyday life that many overlook. A Million Suns takes men and women along on an entertaining and heartfelt journey as Beale addresses the obstacles she faces in sports, recovery, social life, and dating. With Kristin Beale’s unending strength, resilience, and sense of humor ever at its core, A Million Suns will inspire men and women with each chapter.
