Steps for Online Registration
Obtain DSC: A Digital Signature Certificate is necessary for signing electronic documents. It can be obtained from certified agencies authorized by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA).
Obtain DIN: Apply for a Director Identification Number through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal. Submit identity proof, address proof, and a passport-sized photograph for approval.
Name Approval: Propose a unique name for your Producer Company. Ensure it complies with the MCA guidelines and ends with "Producer Company Limited." The name can be reserved using the RUN (Reserve Unique Name) service on the MCA portal.
Prepare Documents: Draft the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA). These documents outline the company’s objectives and the rules governing its operations.
Submit SPICe+ Form: The SPICe+ form (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically Plus) must be filled and submitted on the MCA portal. Upload all the required documents and pay the registration fee and stamp duty.
