What Are the Unique Advantages of Ringlock Scaffolding in Construction?

Ringlock scaffolding is a type of modular scaffolding with fixed rosette connectors, each of which has 8 punched holes, allowing 4 ringlock diagonal braces and 4 ringlock horizontals connected to the same verticals at the same time from 8 directions.

Each horizontal pin and ledger head can be locked independently and removed separately. Therefore, ringlock scaffold can be used in various shapes of construction projects and is the most versatile scaffolding system. However, for cuplock scaffolding, it must be locked by tightly fastening the top cup, and at the same time, the top cup must be loosened to remove the ledgers.

The bearing capacity of ringlock scaffolds is relatively strong, and the bearing capacity of each vertical post can reach 50 kilograms. The advanced rosette and wedge pin structure design makes it widely used in a variety of scaffolding projects.

The ringlock scaffolding is developing in the direction of safer and more cost-effective. When erecting scaffolding systems, there should be safety netting and fences around it, and there should be no gap between the joints of the steel scaffolding planks to prevent the workers and objects from falling. Different construction projects can apply different types of scaffolding. In some civil engineering, according to the specific requirements of the project, we can design different types of scaffolding like ringlock scaffolding, tube and clamp scaffolding, and other accessories. In addition, the ringlock scaffolding accessories should also be developed towards lightweight and convenient, which can reduce the shipping and labor cost.
