The square tube is generally made by unpacking, flattening, crimping, and welding the strip into a round tube, and then rolling the round tube into a square tube, and then cutting it to the required length, generally 50 pieces per package.

There are many kinds of square tube specifications. Next, I will briefly introduce several specifications and parameters of the square tube for you:

1. The allowable deviation of the wall thickness of the square tube shall not exceed plus or minus 10% of the nominal wall thickness when the wall thickness is not greater than 10 mm and shall be plus or minus 8% of the wall thickness when the wall thickness is greater than 10 mm. Area wall thickness is excluded.

2. The usual delivery length of square tubes is 4000mm-12000mm, 6000mm and 12000mm are more common. The square tube is allowed to deliver short-length and non-fixed-length products not less than 2000 mm, and it can also be delivered in the form of an interface tube, but the buyer should cut off the interface tube when using it. The weight of the short-length and non-fixed-length products does not exceed the total delivery quantity of 5%, for square and rectangular tubes with theoretical weight greater than 20kg/m should not exceed 10% of the total delivery quantity.

3. The curvature of the square tube is not more than 2 mm per meter, and the total curvature is not more than 0.2% of the total length.
